Common questions answered to get you up and running fast

Click on Team in the left menu, click + Add Team Member button on the upper right corner of the screen, fill in their name, last name, email, phone number, password and from the dropdown select their role within the company. You can also assign your team member with a specific terminal location within the company. The multiple locatinos feature is only available for Enterprise Users. Provide your new team member with the login credentials you created to access the TowMasters Driver App on their phone. Make sure to also assign them a truck from the Trucks page.

Click Dashboard in the left menu. From the dashboard page click + New Call. Enter the customer information, pickup and drop-off locations, vehicle details, and select the service type. Then assign an available driver and the call will be sent directly to their mobile app. You can also navigate to Current Calls from the left menu and click on + New Call button on the top right corner of the screen on Desktop computers.

Drivers receive a push notification on the TowMasters app when a call is assigned to them. They can view the call details including pickup location, customer info, and vehicle information. They tap on View Call Details (blue button at the bottom of their mobile device screen), then update their status as they progress: En Route, On Scene, Hooked, and Completed.

Cash customers pay at the time of service. Drivers must collect and confirm payment before marking the call as completed. Account customers (motor clubs, insurance companies, fleet accounts) are billed after service through invoices. Drivers can complete calls for account customers without collecting payment on the spot.

Open any completed call and click Generate Invoice. The invoice will be pre-filled with the call details, charges, and customer information. You can add custom charges, adjust amounts, and then send the invoice directly to the customer via email or download it as a PDF.

The TowMasters Driver App is available on the Apple App Store for iPhone and Google Play Store for Android. Click here to download the iPhone app. Drivers log in with the credentials you created for them in the admin dashboard.
